Somatic Breathwork

This type of Breathwork resolves symptoms of stress, shock and other trauma that accumulates in the body. It helps us to move out of patterns of fight, flight or freeze. In essence it supports us to reconnect to our authentic self.

Duration around 2 - 3 hours
Can be booked as partner sessions as well which can be incredibly profound.

How should I plan for this event?
1. You will be lying down in mats with pillows and blankets during this session.
2. Bring your own pillow.
3. Wear loose comfortable clothing. (Nothing too tight or restrictive round the waist).
4. Please avoid caffeine, alcohol or cigarettes before you arrive.
5. Bring a refillable water bottle.
6. Please arrive promptly
